The IST Environment Group demands change.

We began as an awareness campaign researching and posting content about what people around the world were doing to combat climate change. But it did not take long for us to realise how unsustainable our school was. This Manifesto lays out a plan to make our school a pioneer of green technologies and forward thinking ideas.

Our plan is categorized into five key areas: Green Growth, Renewable Water & Energy, Social Reform, Ethical Consumption and International Participation. Under each area is a list of projects that would better our school.

 

We have considered both our ecological and social environment. This means that targets such as carbon neutrality are just as important as targets to be more diverse.
